Shigeo "Mob" Kageyama

Shigeo is a third year student and psychic at Salt Middle School. Strong negative emotions can cause his psychic powers to spiral out of control and hurt others, which he tries to avoid as much as possible. Shigeo is socially awkward and has little friends. He's very kind and forgiving, often praising others and understanding to people who may have hurt him.

Shigeo is probably one of my favorite main characters in pretty much all manga i've read. ONE is a great writer and I don't think Shigeo, much less any of MP100 could have been written by somebody else. That probably sounds weird, but I think ONE has a special feeling when it comes to his works, and I especially see it in MP100 and with Shigeo.
